A little bit about me…
Hi. My name is Cindy Harger, and I’m an organizational development specialist, with a background in journalism, nonprofit management and strategic change.
My professional identities have ranged from newspaper reporter to radio and TV broadcaster, to conservation policy advocate, to nonprofit director, to organizational development and strategic communications consultant. From a distance, my career progression may appear to have taken some unusual twists, but with a closer look, it’s been a fairly direct path of learning, growing and achieving. Each step has informed the next and given me a unique, well-rounded perspective, which comes in handy for consulting. For more detailed information about my professional experience, click here.
On a personal note, I’ve lived and worked in majestic Jackson Hole for a large part of my life. My family moved to the valley when I was a kid, which makes me almost (but not quite) a native. I’ve also lived in several other states, and I enjoy visiting new places every chance I get. My hobbies include hiking, camping, cross-country skiing, scuba diving, photography and learning new things.
I want to make the world better place, and I’d like to do that by helping individuals and organizations develop strong leadership skills to create sustainable change.
I look forward to hearing from you!
